DO YOU OFFER TRIAL PASSES?
We offer a day pass for the price of $35 or a week pass for $54.99. They can be purchased at our front desk during staffed hours. Sign up the same day and your day pass fee will be applied towards your membership.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
You can bring a guest only during staffed hours by purchasing a day pass for them at the front desk. Please note that violation of this rule will result in membership termination.
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TYPE LATER?
You can upgrade your membership type by contacting us. Email us or stop by our front desk during staffed hours.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
All memberships required a 30-day cancellation notice. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with your cancellation request.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We can freeze an account for up to 2 months, 2 months will be added to the end of the contract to complete the full term.
CAN I DO A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT?
Photoshoots require management approval and scheduling in advance. The cost is $100 for two hours.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING INFORMATION?
Billing information can be updated by stopping by our front desk during staffed hours.
